Booking & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, bank transfers for corporate accounts. Cash accepted on board.

Can I pay on board the vehicle?

Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with contactless terminals. Payment by card or cash directly with your chauffeur.

What is the minimum booking time?

5 minutes before pickup, in accordance with French VTC regulations. To guarantee a premium vehicle, we recommend booking 2 hours in advance.
Before the Ride

Are pets allowed?

Small pets are accepted in a carrier or transport bag. For large dogs, please contact us in advance.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, free of charge. Group 0+ infant carriers, group 1 seats, and group 2/3 booster seats. Please specify your children's ages when booking.

Oversized or special luggage?

The V-Class accommodates up to 7 bags. Skis, bicycles, instruments? Our concierge team will find the solution.
During the Ride

My flight is delayed, what should I do?

Nothing. We track your flight in real time. Your chauffeur adapts accordingly. 30 minutes of free waiting time after landing.

Can I make intermediate stops?

Total flexibility. A 15-minute ride can become a 10-hour chauffeur hire. Automatic hourly billing.

Temperature, music, preferences?

You are in charge on board. Air conditioning, music, silence: our chauffeurs adapt to every request.
After the Ride

I left something in the vehicle

Call our concierge: 06 75 06 05 37. Quick retrieval guaranteed. Our chauffeurs systematically check the vehicles.

Are tips mandatory?

Never mandatory. Our chauffeurs are fairly compensated. If you wish to leave a tip, you are free to do so.

Cancellation and modification?

Cancellation is free up to 6 hours before. Modifications possible up to 2 hours before, subject to availability.

What insurance covers passengers?

Professional liability insurance up to 1 million euros. Travel with complete peace of mind.

How are your chauffeurs selected?

Several years of experience. Recruited by invitation only. Exclusive Glide training programme.

What is your coverage area?

All of France and neighbouring countries: Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany. Paris and Ile-de-France as a priority.
